Large CT based law firm seeks a HealthCare Attorney to join their Healthcare practice, focused on Hospitals and Healthcare Institutions. This practice seeks experience in a variety of HealthCare matters, from Transactional to Regulatory compliance. The hire will work on joint ventures, medical practice acquisitions, purchase/sale of ambulatory surgery, imaging and specialized treatment centers, mergers and reorganizations, managed care contracting and internal audits, physician employment agreements, investigations and corporate compliance, compliance with fraud and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement rules, patient rights issues, HIPAA, licensure and certificate of need proceedings, and other regulatory proceedings. The firm is seeking attorneys with 5+ years of experience - Mid to Sr. Associate, Counsel or Partner levels.
