Monthly Career Support Groups
Career Advisor clients are encouraged to attend our monthly support group.  This provides an opportunity for networking, success stories and a forum for generating creative solutions for finding hidden jobs.

Biography:
Annette McLaughlin is Vice President Talent and leads Response’s  Career Coaching and Outplacement Division.  She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and holds an MBA in Personnel and Employee Relations from Georgia State University.

She has over 20 years of experience working with job seekers providing counseling/advising, coaching, networking, education, assessment, job search, and  business experience. Since 2008 she has been working with university alumni to assist with career transitions.  Prior to joining Response, Ms. McLaughlin worked for an international staffing company for more than eight years and held several positions including Director of Global Accounts for the Legal Division and Partnership Director for the company’s On-Premise at an investment bank.
